
Lately I have been getting very interested in martial arts. I have been working on learning more about them and I have even started taking a class. Martial arts are very interesting, and the the mental activity included is just as amazing. I've learned to meditate and "refresh" my body. I've also learned that muscles have little to do with martial arts. Of course you need to be physically strong but Ki is much more importent. For those of you who don't know what Ki is, it is the real world version of the Star Wars "force". You may believe in it or not, but having a sense that it is there and putting your self in that state of mind is needed for most things you learn in martial arts, well atleast Aikido.
Suno has to go to school now, he hurt his arm last night at Aikido lessons but only because he tried to do a move with his muscles and not with Ki, its a hard thing to master. Anyways, I'll be back after school to post more. Might not be till tomorow though. But Iwill be back, perhaps with some very interesting news.
